Programs are given year-round in Italy, Spain, France and other western European countries, and during the summer in Japan and China. These are open to all levels and can be taken by students and adults of any age. College, high school and graduate students may take specified programs for credit. Programs are also offered to groups, organizations and schools. In the Language and Culture programs, participants spend anywhere from two weeks to a semester, or a year, immersed in a particular culture and language environment. They experience the social, cultural, and artistic riches of the country, while staying at a delightful resort or scenic area, visiting main cities, and participating in excursions to the important sites
